If you just want a rediculous fast sporty you could go my route. I made 117hp on the dyno after jetting my carb twice. I admit it doesnt handle like a crotch rocket but i can blow the doors off almost anything on the road. At least up to about 110 or 120.

Sounds like fun to have a turbo Sportster. If it's what you want to do and you can handle the expense, go for it. The resale of a turbo Sportster is probably pretty low considering what you'll have into it but not everything is about the money.
