I am about as close to your size as possible, 5'5 135lbs. I have a Nightster. I ride 3 to 4 and as much as 8 hrs at a time. I use a windshield for the freeway. Stock seat, street glide air shocks and forward controls. A mp3 player for some tunes. My hands still cramp but that is from too tight of grip so i relax them by resting on my lap. other than that I am fine.

good thread, looks like i'll be rotating my bars back a .5 in or more, thats about my only complaint on my iron....hands go numb.
After 300mi my *** either broke in the stock seat or the stock seat broke my *** LOL, so now i'm pretty much use to it.
Next $$ mod will be some progressive shocks as this thing rides like a model A.
