Hey there.........I have just picked up my brand spanking new Iron 883. I really like the look of the Mini ape bars .......is there a huge handling difference versus the standard stock drag bars?...................check out my ride.........
I ran the 12" Mini Apes from May when I got the bike till now in August and I can tell you there are 0 handling issues. You can experiment with the setup as in closer or further from you. Its "cool" now to stand the bars as upright as possible. At the end of the day it'll depend on the length of your arms.
Drop me a line if you need anything.
I actually have the minis lying here...
