Going to get my 883c upgraded to 1200, was possibly thinking of getting the screaming eagles ignition module also, was wondering if anyone has one of these and is it worth it ie bang for your buck as someone put it earlier, does it make a big difference?

Changing the ignition module is a MUST when converting the bike to a 1200 . Well SE is not bad but you can check also Daytona twin tech.

i take it id just need the module? is it just an easy swap or does it need a bit of setting up? I take it that it would be better if i got the dealer to do it at the same time as doing the 1200 upgrade.

not yet , Ä±m considering for a 1250 conversion at the end of thÄ±s year and probably Ä± wÄ±ll get that ICM . I readed a lot of artÄ±cles about those modules and Ä±t seems to me that Ä±ts one of the bests around . But there are some other nÄ±ce brands also lÄ±ke CRANE or even S&S Ä±s makÄ±ng one for sportys.

Decided on getting 1200 upgrade done and im going to get the ignition module and high performance cams also, hopefully after this gets done will give me a bit more vavavoom
