Default Bike won't start

I installed a new throttle cable but instead of removing the tank and disconnecting the fuel line i just lifted it up and sat in on a tool tray. I was only going to be a minute but unfortunately for me the tank slipped of the tray but it kinked the line near the injector end which brings me to my question..is there an inner tube that i have damaged thus starving the engine of fuel or is it something else like fuel pressure. The bike ran perfectly until now and the spark plugs are dry after turning the engine over a few times, your help would be gratefully received.

maybe try disconnecting the gas line from the tank and removing it and seeing what is what? Its easy to get off. just like an air chuck. pull down on the outside sleeve and its should pop right off. then you can look at the gas line and see if its broke or whatnot. maybe the gas line game off the tank a bit. if its not on corretly it wont get pressure and no gas.
