Default Emission standards from USA to Japan ????

I have an 2010 Iron 883. In order to run my bike legally over in Japan I have to pass an emissions test and brake test. Harley will send me the info to clear the brake test (which runs $2000-4000). The emissions test is $800. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the changes are going to be to the bike in order to operate it. I think the headlight, speedometer and pipes will have to be changed out. Does anyone have any idea how much this will cost---or does anyone have any experience with shipping to Japan? I appreciate any info.
