sportster mid control
Does anyone know what year mid controls will fit an 05 sportster, I found some on ebay but they are off a 2008 and a 2011 I have heard 04 and up all are the same, and also that 04 thru 06 are the same and 07 thru 2011 are different. Also does anyone have any mids that will fit the 05?
04 & up will work. Nothing different between them. Make sure that you clean the threads in the frame holes where the brackets bolt. I recently put mids from an 08 on an 04 and had to re tap all of them because of rust & dirt.

i have a 2011 nightster and just put forward controls on it.....u can have my mids for 100 bucks...they are only a week old....email m if interested barger.tyler@gmail.com im in west virginia

No sorry, I am in Kansas, I know hillclimber does not make any sense but when I lived in Vegas, I spent most of my time at the dunes drag racing up comp hill hence I started using the name hillclimber. And I am not sure I want to get rid of the forward control just yet. I want to buy some mids and try them for awhile and make sure I like them. I am also looking for mids with the polished or chrome brake and shift lever
