Forward controls

Will forward controls off a 2005 1200 sporty fit on a 2007 883L.

I don't see why not, but dont quote me on that. Have you tried to look up forwards on your specific bike? What did you find? Im sure they will fit but if im wrong someone will correct me, i would look on harley davidsons parts website and see if you can find some, they will tell you what model(s) the forwards will fit.

They're the same.

The only problem you'll have is if you've put pipes on that work with mids only.

Go to the HD website and look up the controls for both year's models. Do the part numbers match? Pretty simple to check actually.

Alot of times the part numbers won't match but the parts will still interchange. Part numbers are all encompasing...they even indicate the color/finish so that's not always a black & white answer.

Part numbers for 04/05 are different than 06/07.

i have a set of forwards taken off of my '05 when i replaced them with mids. send me a message, as they are for sale. i do not want to violate any forum rules, but if you need a set i have them.
