I have hiway pegs, mids, and use the passenger pegs on the hiway most.
Nothing is really comfortable, but the passenger pegs are not bad at 70 mph.
I found I almost never used the hiway pegs so took the ugly things off.
At 6 foot, the mids are too high and forward to be comfortable at speed.
In addition, the wind blows my knees apart at speed, never had that problem on a bike before!
