i said sorry not interested as i dont bring up the rear unless i want to
Not being a smart *** or anything but what does this mean? Maybe it's a group ride thing but I've only done that once and with a bunch of kick *** guys from this part of the forum.
hell, I would like to own a skirtster. Its just an old riders feude. ford vs. chevy car vs. truck I wouldnt worry about it. Dont know why people with 2 kids need a 5 bdrm. house with 5 bathrooms.
Yep, ride what you like. People are so hung up on what others think. People who act like that are obviously overcompensating for some sort of insecurity about something else. I guess I could ride a sportster and be ok with it cuz I have a massive *******...just saying.
i don't get what makes these bikes "girl's bikes"...
is it because they are not a land yacht on 2 wheels?
is it because they weigh under a metric ****-ton?
i weigh 165-170lbs. I've ridden a sporty, a dyna, and a road king. i feel most comfortable on the sporty and i'd only go as big as a dyna. ive seen plenty of people come to stop light on something like a road king, lose their balance and dump it then need help picking it up. who's the girly man now needing help picking up their bike?
They're only girl's bikes to those who have the need to stroke their
ego. In fact, there are better bikes for girls, the Softail Deluxe comes
to mind. The Sportster is actually tall for most girls.
What a bunch of s--t. I rode Sportsters for years, love them! Quit riding 6 years ago because my buddy got killed so sold my Sporty, wish I still had it. Have the Street Bob now because I got the urge to ride again and came across a sweet deal.
My last Sportster was a 883 punched out to a 1200, headwork and cams installed.... Ran like a raped ape. Cracks me up, I'd rather ride that bike than some of the Big Twins the guys I work with have. Now some of those bikes look like a woman should be riding them....
This is my response to him...
Opinions are like ******** everyone has one and most stink worse than others.
Besides you can't carry extra depends and an oxygen cylinder on a Sportster
