Very nice ride!!!!

Two points
XLH infers electric start.
I think that those are oversized shocks. My 68 XLH with the standard shocks had the tire rub the fender every time I hit a bump.

Thanks for the thumbs up on my skoot. It was my first build and i got about three years of tinkering with it. The space between the rear tire and the fender is because the frame is a ch frame. My original, which i still have is raked and i didnt like it. I have since put covered shocks one inch shorter and the space is gone. The tank and speedo someone was asking about on here is from Vtwin. This is a kicker only even though its an XLH. Motor is bored .040 over, 9:1 pistons, Andrews PB+ cams, Oversized exhaust valves, S&S Super E with a yost power tube and one inch spacer and a mallory Electronic Ignition system. It has 2200 miles on it and it dances down the road. One thing im quite proud of is that it will leak a half a teaspoon of oil sitting per week so its tight, very tight. I went kind of nuts with the bling on this thing, my kids bought me a gold kit for it a couple years ago so what looks like brass on this is 22ct. gold plating.

thanks again for all the kinds words

I'm not a green fan, but that is a nice bike. Glad to hear the rear end gap is now gone. I would have loved to seen that thing all racked out, but if that's not what your into then I understand.
