1200 Conversion CD

Can anyone point me to a 2004 & up 1200 Conversion CD. I've heard they exist but HD Forum/EBay Search = NO JOY. I have the kits and service manual but wanted to watch a video if there is one. I have read most of the print information on the Sportster Pages Forum etc. Any info much appreciated.

I know there is a general maintenance CD out there, but never saw anything that went through a 1200 upgrade, I've done alot of research on the topic. Sorry.
