need help

got some forward controls and am trying to put them on my bike. the dam things didnt come with instructions so im blind as to what to do. i have basically figured everything out except one thing. how to u get the back brake pedal assembly off? not the peg, but the pedal and what its attached to. its a 96 sporty 1200. thanks for any and all help.

hey there, on my 83, you gotta pull of the chain cover, or pulley cover in your case to get the big azz bolt off that holds the pedal on! take your time and dont strip anything out! plus pulling things apart is fun, putting it together and it works is priceless.

I could look in my manuel and fax you copies of instructions? My personal thing is that I never own something that I don't have a manuel for. I'm just funny that way.

gotta pull the chain/belt cover remove the nut then you have a hole you should plug. i cut mine off with a power hack saw and put a chrove cover over it.
