is there any difference between and 19x2.5 wheel and a 2000 19x2.5 40 spoke 3/4 inch bearings wheel ??????? any info will b appreciably accepted are the hubs the same

What year is the first wheel you listed?
The other consideration is whether it's single or dual rotor.
If it's a cast vs wire spoke wheel, the axle spacer sizes may be different.
