Default New here.....

Well I already introduced myself in the noob area, so I thought I would come over here and say hi since this is where I will be posting mostly! Anyways my experience is not very much..just went through the MSF course about two weeks ago "first time on a bike" out on Edwards AFB, CA..then went and got my M1 License! Well I did a 16 hour round trip drive yesterday to AZ to pick up my Sportster! I got a screaming deal on her compared to prices out here in CA. She is a 2005 1200 Custom with 37000 miles on her. One owner and never any issues! I can't waite to take her out on the road and get some miles in! Got to get her registered and all the fun stuff that goes with that first! She came with all sorts of stuff, saddle bags, helmet, tool bag and most importantly....the manual for all the maint.! So I am sure I will have tons of questions for you all in the near future! Her grips are pretty worn, anyone have any good recommendations on grips? Let the customization begin! Thanks again

That's a pretty clean looking ride for having 37,000 miles on it. Previous owner took good care of it obviously. You scored on that deal.

My ride looks more chipped and beat up than yours, and I've only got 9000 miles. I swear my bike is a target for every flying rock and bug.

Mine has 4,000 miles on it all from me, and it looks beat up to hell. But that's probably because I ride it like the machine it is and don't baby it.
