Oil breather modification

Oil breather modification
I've had a problem with oil blowing out the breather's on both cylinders and into the air cleaner onto the filter, etc. I decided to do something about it. I put a vacuum hose into each outlet and ran it, using vacuum connectors and elbows out the back of the ac plate down into the back of the engine. I also modified the plate to fit over the outlet with the hoses so that they were not going to be kinked off. I don't want to mess up the bike with oil all over it, nor do I want the oil to drip down onto the tire or its track. I'm thinking of putting a small collector bottle on the end of the vacuum hose. What would happen if I did not vent it. Would there be a pressure build up causing me to blow out gaskets? Would I have a build up of sluge? Any offers of suggestions would be appreciated.

RE: Oil breather modification
It would effectively be a closed system and you will develope seal leaks. It would be best to add a small filter on top of the canister to let it breathe or like I did, was to terminate the hose to the atmosphere. When you crank up the engine put your finger close to the end of the hose and feel all the air coming out of the engine. Tim
