Default New Wheels - Can I do This?

I found a set of wheels for almost nothing. They are in storage and I can get them dirt cheap. They are custom auminum and have CCI stamped in them. The rear is 16x3.00 and the front is 21x2.15.

The problem is that the hubs are too big to fit my 2007 XL1200C. Can I just remove the entire hub assembly from each of these wheels and purchase a new hub that fits my bike? What do I need to look for to find out if this will work or not?

If they bolt on you can. I've made a set of hubs to do that same thing on one of mine

These are the hubs the wheel had

Here's what I made

Powdercoated & installed

The clearances are tight so make sure you measure correctly

Call Custom Chrome. That's their wheel I think so they should have some.

I have tried to attach a couple of pictures of the wheels. They look like the hubs will just unbolt. Maybe the pictures will help identify them. I will try and contact CCI tomorrow too and see what I can find out. It would be nice. These will clean up cherry and I can get em for about 150 for the set. I was thinking if I had to buy new hub assemblies/bearing etc I may could get out cheap. It may be a stupid idea but how do you know until you ask?

Very nice job too. Its definitely out of my league though. I'm more on the lines of "turd polisher" than machinist. LOL!!!
