Can anyone confirm or deny what my dealer told me (apart from needing new clutch, throttle and brake lines, which apparently you do not!) - the 48 mirrors will hit the tank with the HD drag bars??

Cheers

Nope they will not hit, plenty of room.
You do not need to change the wires thou
you should have a look at the brakeline.

As ^^ said...mirrors don't touch...only issue was the brake line which i didn't replace but had to manoeuvre a little...i don't really like having that bend but no issues

I have these on my 2011 48. I would at least recommend changing the brake line. The clutch/throttle cables would be totally up to you once you see what you are working with.

silly question , I'm about to buy an 883 , I'm set on the drag bars (same as yours) - my question is how or what is needed to match yours ? the speedo is behind/below the bars .... how did you do this ? I'm not a fan of just throwing it all back onto the new bars changes the entire look of the bike

thank you , sorry for the lack of knowledge
