OMG! a $2.00 bulb went bad, that bike is junk now. I thought I got pissed off about small stuff at times LOL! Just go to Autozone and get a pack of bulbs for under 4 bucks.
Whoa, big money, hold it. Why shell out a hard days wages, when you've got a free turn signal bult into your left arm
I sure I could Sherlock my way to picking apart posts, but I was just reading that thread yesterday, so seeing it pop up again set off my flashing lights.
It woulda set off my flashing lights, but the damn things are out!
Personally if someone pulled up next to me and informed me that I had a signal light not working I'd thank him, then go home and resolve the issue.
I don't know how much of a Forty Eight is made in China but I really don't give it much thought. I enjoy mine and haven't had any problems with it. Of course mine hasn't been dumped.
Considering how unhappy you are with yours it seems that you'd be better off getting rid of it. And good luck finding something that is completely produced in the USA.

Did ya even bother to pop the cover off and check to see if the bulb was in the socket correctly? I have had my bike for 3 yrs now and have not had a light go bad yet.
