No, its not a tough job, and it takes about a half hour if you have the wiring tools. I got the harley parts to do it. The thing to remember is you need to cut all the wires about 1.25 inches from eachother so the shrink tube fits over the connecters. If you dont and you cut the wires at the same place, then you have a big ball when you connect everything back up.

I did mine, looks great. You DO NOT have to cut the wires, I hate cutting wires. I removed the riser and I had to loosen up the headlight assembly and I 're-routed' the wires to get a little more slack. It will take a little longer but you won't have splices in your wiring then.

Good Luck!

Just my .02, i did the relocate too with the hd parts and if ya look close thier made in china, and dont hug the fork brace to well and mine ended up cracking. Im replacing them with the ones that actually clamp the fork tube .I belive there from Kuryakin or custom chrome

I'm using the Custom Chrome on mine.

I have the 41mm tubes, but they also have them for the standard 39mm tubes.

Only cost around $20, and the fit is great.

Also, you don't need to cut the wires to relocate the signals. Takes a little longer, but I don't like the idea of cutting/splicing wires.
