Again, plenty of information, with nice videos too, on the net.
My brother had to have his two jet ski carbs rebuilt twice before he was convinced the e-gas was doing it.

the reason for ethanol is corn lobbyists are pushing for it to sell their product. it has no benefit to anything. they figured out that alcohol was a bad alternative in engines in the 60-70's.. if you figured out the actual cost for ethanol, before all he government subsidizing, it costs something like $7 a gallon to manufacture, it only produces 3/4 of the energy
we are paying more for less of a fuel, while paying for it again in taxes, food prices go up because of a shortage of corn and feed, just to make lobbyists rich

What I'm saying is 10% ethanol shouldn't be causing problems in a bike that has 1400 miles on it and is ridden daily. They've had ethanol in gas for the past few years. I would assume that the auto/moto industry would be building vehicles that run on the mixes of fuel that they're offering. I did find a gas station close to my house that doesn't have ethanol added and I'm going to experiment as soon as my bike is running right.

I was recently on a road trip to the US and found my bike did not overly like the ethanol content of the gas there. My bike's been dyno'd and seems to like our 94 octane with no ethanol. Mainly I just noticed significant back-firing, but otherwise it was OK.
