Hey Guys, thanks for the positive feedback and the ideas. If you want to make a set for yourself, it's not really that hard and you can learn from my mistakes. Shoot me an email and I'll send you some info. ?s about the cables--it just depends on where you want the lowest and highest settings in the movement of the bars. Using 2 inch rise off the top triple tree and and a 26 inch broomstick bar, you can get away with using all standard wiring and cables. With 2 inch rise over the top triple and 4 inch rise apes (meaning 6 inches rise off the top triple at bottom and 11 inches rise off the top triple when raised all the way up) I am using 4 inch wiring extensions, +3 inch throttle cables, and +3 inch clutch cable. The real fun part was figuring out the cable routing. Now that I'm done with the handlebar system, customizing the rest of the bike is underway. Anybody have a set of XR1200 rearsets laying around they want to get rid of?
