Default Electrical Issues...great

The other day someone hit my bike in a parking lot and knocked it over. I didn't see it happen, but when I got to it, the controls were turned downwards on the bars, throttle side.

I twisted them back, checked the bike over, everything else appeared mostly fine.

The bike ran and everything was fine. A day or so later (not sure if it's related...) the lights were out. I replaced the fuse, turned the key, the lights came on then the fuse popped. I assumed there was a short somewhere, so I disconnected the hardness for the rear lights to isolate the problem. Blew another fuse. I took apart the ride side controls assuming there was a pinched wire causing a short. Everything looked fine, but to be sure I opened up the plastic sleeve on the wires and make sure everything was still fine. Blew yet another fuse. I've tried just about everything I can think of and now I've blown about 20 different fuses.

The signals also still work, which is good I suppose. The headlight, running lights and brake light are all out.

Any ideas?

I would pull the controls apart again and make sure one the the wires was not pulled out from somewhere. Chase it as far back as you can. They should plug into another plug somewhere. Might have to unplug that harness altoghter and see if you are still blowing fuses.

Check the wires at the triple tree, where they go from the bars to the frame. Probably got pinched.
