He had to change the layout of the flames a little obviously because my tank isnt as skinny and because it just wouldn't look uniform if he tried to match the pattern exactly. But damn, I think he nailed it. 180$ total...that's the best part.
Ill second that comment. I was even hesitant when Rene wanted to put them on my tank. Just remember thinking how much I dislike flames but def couldn't be happier.
While not crazyorange inspired, my bike has a handful of minimalist approaches that most here are looking for. The original owner gutted the electrical system. Entire harness scrapped and just the basics left over. Headlight wired to key on switch hi beam only. Biltwell Mako taillight also to key on, and rear brake light switch only. Dyna ign, charging system and thats it. About 6-7 wires total. Plunger starter button mounted to starter housing (kinda a pain in the azz due to the exhaust location so it'll get moved asap.) Nothing on the bars except the Whiskey throttle (single cable) and the perches which were shaved down as much as possible. Most of you probably have seen it on Chop Cult as the EZXL build Billdozer did a year or so ago. I'll put some pics of some of the nice little details.
