One miscalculation I made was the clutch cable. I need to make a new one because the hand control sits further out on the handlebar now that the stock pods are gone. No bigs though.

The mini switches should be in between grip and levers, where pods used to be, it's just too far too stretch your thumb while riding, I know it's already done that way so it's more work to fix it, but that's really how it should be.
BMX mentioned early that he did that on purpose. I agree and I'm doing mine the same way... It just looks silly the other way. I was able to pick up some smaller levers to make things a little easier...
