Ha, when my ThunderHeader expires I'l just get a new one. Before obtaining it I did lots of homework. For me, performance is paramount, TH is hard to beat. It's one of best in this regard, very likely the best.
What made the Thunderheader better than the RB Racing and the D&D unit?
I always tell customers if you want an RB racing exhaust you need to order it now so that you will have it for spring. They are very slow but they have a nice product. But my question to you is if you had heard from others it would take a long time why are you surprised that it is taking a longtime?
The lady who answered the phone is one of the owners BTW.
I'm sorry but that doesn't make it right. I would be equally pissed and the fact that the lady on the phone is one of the owners, that would give me even less incentive to do business with them. That is just plain bad customer service and is not acceptable. Her response was just completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck and you have every right to be upset. I work in customer service and on the phone all day and I understand that people can be a huge PITA, btu I always try to be nice to them, when I get off the phone I run my mouth to my co-workers LOL!, but never on the phone. I'm gald you spent your money at a differant place.
Could not agree more. I understand that a small independent is probably going to take a little longer. But, these people also need to remember that without the customer, they cease to exist. Therefore, customer service should be as important as quality work. We live in a digital world and this particular company has already lost potential business because of a bad experience. I have been waiting for a set of handlebars since early November. Good thing it is cold here in st.louis. One last thing. Pujols can suck it.
