You have to replace the whole clutch cable. It's a continuous cable and doesn't have a break at the middle adjuster (under rubber boot). If you're using a recycled clutch cable, verify the condition of the o-ring for the connection at the primary cover. Set you bike upright before removing the derby cover. You'll need the service manual to properly adjust the clutch after cable installation. Read it before you take anything apart.
You'll need crush washers for the front and back of both banjo bolts on the brake line. Bleeding the line is the hardest part. If it requires DOT 4 brake fluid (check the writting on your master cylinder cover), DO NOT get it on your paint. DOT 5 fluid is silicone based and won't harm your paint. DO NOT mix DOT 4 with DOT 5.
