Fuel cap won't remove
The fuel cap on my 2009 Sportster 1200 Custom will not remove. I can turn it so far then it seems to hit a block and I can't turn it any further. I can tighten it clockwise until it begins clicking but when I reverse the process, I get so far then it won't go any futher. This has never happened before and I have had it from new. Suggestions?

This happen to me once after I bought my 08 1200C. Are you pushing down on the cap after you get gas to tighten it, don't if you are, just turn it till it clicks a few times. I had to really put my weight into my cap to get it lose. Just try pushing down on the cap, it should come lose.
