I see the plates are in NY dont the police give you crapt about it being behind the tire?

Just put it back together do don't know if we will have issues. The headlight mount is available from RSD. Thanks for the kind words.

Nice! I am very much looking forward to the day that I am able to change my 48 into a "vintage-race inspired" scoot. It's always cool to see bikes that are done up without the ape-hanger 70's chopper look.

I'm sure once you set up the suspension with something that is both valved and sprung for the weight of your bike+you the ride will be pretty damn fun. Enjoy it!
