Just got my first Harley Sportster and also new on the forum.
There are lots of good shops in town...depending on which side of town you are on. There are two dealers...one south on 35 and one north in Round Rock on 35.
There is also Woods Fun Center. They are very trustworthy.

Welcome to Austin. The wife and I moved down about a year and a half ago from CT. It's awesome here.
