I still say drag pipes, even if nobody else seems to like them anymore....
I love 'em!! My bike is loud and obnoxious when you open her up, and when you do you go BLAZING down the road at Mach Chicken!! (Was clocked by an MP who said he didn't know how to write-up the ticket because his scanner just kept displaying "OMFG....OMFG....OMFG....OMFG...."
Plus, simple and sleek and they sound as good as they look:

I have some Vance and Hines Double Barrel in the mail now. I also have apes on the bike. I'll probably be installing the exhaust within the next two weeks. If you're not in a hurry send me a PM and I'll send you pics when it's done.
