I have a SuperLow and don't have any vibration problem. Are you gripping the bar tight? Relax your grip a little, see if that helps. If not get your dealer to check your bike, to make sure everything is OK. Your bike has a rubber-mounted engine and apart from shaking at idle should be fine.

Unless something is wrong with the bike you should be able to loosen your grip on the bars and be fine.
If the bars are in a position where you find yourself holding the weight of your body against the grips, then you might want to change the position of the bars.
Finding the perfect handlebar position for You-
Sit on your bike
Have someone hold it up straight for you
Put your feet on the pegs
Close your eyes
Put your hands out to where it is most comfortable to hold them
Open your eyes...where ever your hands are, that is where you want the handlebar grips to be.
As an endurance cyclist and motorcyclist, I have experience with this on multiple vehicles. Bicycles don't vibrate like motorcycles, but you can still get the numb hands if you're placing too much weight on them. The typical first stab at a cure is softer bar tape (or grips on a moto), and then softer gloves. Neither of them is a real cure, just an aspirin for the pain. Modifying the stem (risers) or bars to move your body a bit more upright and allow less weight on the bars will be the real cure.
You're probably riding stiff armed and leaning a bit over, right? Try bending your elbows for a single ride, even though it'll bend you over more than you probably like, does the numbness disappear? A side benefit of decreased pressure on the bars is your bike will turn MUCH more effortlessly. Can you get a pic of yourself on the bike for us to examine?
