Hey! Yep, I (Kevin, the K in DK) am on the road till the first part of July, so am not doing much on the forum during this month.
But Devin (the D in DK) is still cranking out the parts with his Team, and Dawn is taking care of most Customer Service inquiries, and her and her Team are taking care of all the shipping as they have been doing for the last couple years.
When I spoke with Dawn this morning, she said Tornado sirens had been going off all day yesterday, and that a bunch of pallets that had been stacked against the front of the shop ended up out in the parking lot... But everything still got shipped out yesterday!
Glad you got your package quickly, we appreciate your business!
DK is a sponsor I'd do business. Like Dan at NRHS, they care a lot about their customers and know customer service. They also contribute a lot on this forum. That's what knowing your clientele (us) is all about.
