New 883 Iron question
I picked up my Iron on Friday. I got the Vance & Hines short shots along with the stage 1 screaming eagle intake and tune. Would it effect anything if I added baffles to the exhaust to give them the deeper tone and quiet them down just a little? More specifically would it effect the tune in any way or not worry because it is fuel injected?

Nope, you won't have to re-tune.
V&H Quiet Baffles will deepen the tone but not make them actually quiet. They will still be loud.
I've read about some third party baffles called something along the lines of Hardcore baffles but I am not sure how they sound, but apparently make the noise quieter than the actual Quiet Baffles do.

I will probably end up going with Short Shots myself and will put in the Quiet Baffles just to get the better sound. Too bad they don't sound like that right out of the box.
