Default Larger fuel tank

I have a '96 Sportster 883 Hugger with a Peanut tank and want to get something with more fuel capacity.
I was considering a 4 gallon tank. This is my first time changing over from one to another, and not sure which tank is the best for this bike.
Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I really like the look of the Peanut tank, but where I live in the country, it takes me at least 20-25 miles to get anywhere one way. I would like to have a little more range if possible. I realize I would need to have the tank painted to match the rest of the bike as well.
I am wide open for any thoughts.
Frank

You'll need to look into a Fatbob tank to get close to the 4 gallon mark.
