ok so i wanted to black out the side coversof my bike. so i start with the right side. back cover comes off easy, second one, not so much. had to take off my exhaust then my brake assembly to get to one nut. then when i took it off i see lots of stuff i dont recognize, like gears, gaskets and fluids oh my. then there was a hose with a clip on that i took off, hope that was ok. but the thing i am worried about is when i finnaly did get the cover off a gear came off with it. dont think this will be much help but it was the gear all the way on the front of the bike. it slid right back on but dont know if it has to go on a certain way. i will have pics tom. but dont know what else to do for know. really im just wondering if i broke anything important.
I'm sure you did not hurt anything but the gears do go in a certain way. Best advice I can give you which will be valuable from here on out....
