The Hypercharger is crap and I wouldn't waste the money on it..........
I'm not a fan but it's a personal choice. It should come with everything you need. I'm not sure what map you'll need to load but maybe a call to Kury would help?

^^Agree^^
All "looks" and poor performance...do a search & you'll see the issue(s). Main problem is poor air circ. in intake cowling...created little "vortex" affects which cause issues. Better off w/HD's heavy breather...JMO.
I don't understand all the negitive PR. I ran one for years and never had a problem and it performed well. And with the right pipe combo it produces a sound second to none.

Not only has the Hypercharger been repeatedly proven on a dyno to be a poor performer, it performs even worse on the the road at higher speeds.
While the Hypercharger looks like a "ram" air intake, the hole located on the backside, rear-end of the can, allows air flowing into the front of the can to flow past the carb/TB intake and out of the hole. This flow-by creates a negative pressure across the carb/TB opening, actually reducing intake air to the motor.

cHarley thats the only way to know . Dyno. they do look neat though. i'm sure anyone saying they perform better than a normal high flow air cleaner hasn't had it on a dyno before and after install. I'm sure they work ok. I wouldn't want one though.
