Brake bleeding!

Do this several times and you will begin to get somewhat of a brake action at the lever...ensure you do not allow the fluid level to drop too low during this process. Once you have the beginning of a lever pull (it will be a weak one), stop there and button everything up. Use a bungee cord or piece of rope to tie the lever back and leave it alone overnight...the next morning all of the remaining air will have been purged and you will have a tight, high lever action.
