Default Pulled the trigger on a 1200 kit
Ordered the SE 1200 kit today, figure I will install it and go with the SE download. Just decided I wanted 1200 heads vs just the jugs and pistons, wish me luck!

Good luck and let us know how it goes. I have an 08 883 and am thinking of doing the 1250 conversion this winter. I will be interested to know what you think.

Got it done today, didn't see a need to post pictures seeing how that has been done.
Used a PowerVision to upload a 1200 map, and this thing is a monster now!
Really Glad I went with the SE kit, has everything you need, very simple install.
The job took about 5hrs total. Could not be happier!

They always have a booth at Sturgis every year putting these kits in. Takes them about 90 minutes and it's fun to watch. Get a dog and a beer then come back to a bigger sporty.
