I would say stage II heads also. That should be right around your price range. So my vote would be motor.

Looks like you have pretty much everything already so I would go for the stage 2 engine work, no question.

From the photos you posted, I'd say you've already spent a bit on "mods." Use the thousand bucks to take the old lady on a caribbean cruise.
