Default black "thumb screw *****"

Another quick question for the group...

I'm looking for black "thumb screw *****" to replace the screws that secure my seat to the fender.

Something like this:

seems pricey, but I'm not finding much better.
Anyone have source for these at something sub $15 ?

Check your local "ACE" hardware store. Not sure about black, but you've got some black paint, right?

We don't have anything like that, but we do offer a tamper-proof screw that is covered with either a black gloss or matte black cap. That way your seat is secured to the bike and all you see is the cap.

Here's the HDForum discount link to the gloss black product.

Can you go with something a little more gnarly...or knurled. The OSH I live by has many of these in stock.

Yup it sure was...
But they are between $38 and $71 bucks.
You may have missed the part where I was looking for sub $15.
