Ive just done a run from London to Gibraltar in Southern Spain on my bog standard 1200R Sporty, my hands are still buzzing a week later.

Lots of folk recomend HD Gel gloves, but there are lots of them which ones are best please, catalogue No please if possible.

Let's gets our geography right old chap!

If you use Search you will not find much about gel gloves, so it is not a common subject in here, also the few threads I have read are not exactly ecstatic about them.

What model year is your bike? In other words, solid or rubber mount? There may be other things worth trying, such as anti-vibration thingies (that's a complex technical expression) one puts inside the bar ends. Another thingie is a hand rest, which helps reduce the need to grip the throttle. I use one and have travelled further than Gib with it.

Another comment is that the word 'best' is probably the most over-used word here in HDF. It has lost all meaning!
