long time no see
I've been completely drowning in the shop with people that were riding fads. No idea of what they wanted other than a pic printed from the internet and even less of a clue of what it takes to build it. Bikes & autos are not built in one session. If you think you can then you will never be happy with the final product if you do it yourself or you will go stir crazy waiting on a shop to build your dream bike. I decided that I can be of much better service to home garage builders. Guys & gals that want to build their own bike (or hot rod) but run in to situations where they need skilled assistance. Completely refocused my demographic!
Anyway, that's what I've been up to...and plan to keep doing lol.
And to just slightly dip off topic, the cb450 hasn't changed except for some much needed carbs. I put a lot of miles on it until the carbs crapped out. In one of the pics I posted you can see it up on the lift getting its carb swap.

and my daughter's cb350f is still kickin! I ride it more than her now-a-days since she's been so busy in college.

spent some time with a very tired 69 Triumph

and I'm building a 55 Indian and hope to run it at Bonneville although I doubt it will be The World's Fastest Indian lol. The build is pretty cool but for another place. I've only used discarded parts so far & want to try to follow that same method.

the motor sits in a 93 Evo Sportster engine cradle

mated to a 67 Ironhead frame with a Santee hardtail. I'm building a long chop using the 67 engine cradle so the rest of the frame was scrap.

and a very chopped 3.3 gal Sportster tank

now back on topic, here's an Ironhead I'm helping a friend of mine with.
how he brought it

where it is now

sorry for the rant & off-topicness!
