Default changing bars

I have stock pull back bars on my nightster I'm puttin on 6" zbars will I need to change any of the wiring

Have you determined what the new position of the grips will be? I read on here somewhere that the general rule of thumb is that you can usually go 2-3 inches from original position without a cable swap. Don't forget to check your front brake line too.

I have just fitted 8" Biltwell Chumps and all cables and wires were good, just bent the brake line to fit but am waiting on a 42" braided one to be made, to finish it off better.
