It's most definitely an 883r. As for the year, it's hard to tell but they were only made from 2005 to 2007. If it's fuel injected, then it's an '07. I'm pretty sure it's not the fuel injected model as that doesn't look like a throttle body behind the air cleaner to me. I'd say it's either an '05 or '06. The only other things I'm sure about is the pipes , air cleaner, rear shocks and license plate holder are not stock. Also, someone removed the strap from the rear seat area, the mirrors have been flipped upside down and red lences were added to the rear blinkers. Most likely had the three-way brake light option added later. BTW, the blacked out lower fork legs are stock on all years.

There were none in 2004 or beginning of '05, so it's a 2005˝-2006
Different pipes & intake.
Flipped mirors.
