Default Maneuverability [Handlebars and Controls]

So I've got a 2013 iron, looking to replace the stock bars and controls. I'm 6'0 175lbs, slim build. I'm trying to decide which route to go for.

Initially when i first got it, i figured, ok. Harley. cruiser. comfortability. So I thought 14" Z bars putting my arms straight with my shoulders, and forward extended controls and just...slow and roll. Now that I'm ALOT more comfortable with the power, and handling of the Iron, I'm riding like I did with my sportbike. That is aggressive and defensive.

Which route would you guys suggest me going with?

-Keep Mids, obtain highway pegs, 8" z bars for a little bit of stance
-Get forwards, extended, 14" z bars, boss hog it up

For the guys who have any of the setups, how is the maneuverability? Thats a big word. I had to writeclick>spell check

I come from super moto, sportbike track riding background so slow isnt something im used to. I keep stock mid controls, and frisco bars. I can ride my bike like a dirtbike and push it to its limits. (Had to replace stock pegs because they wore out from grinding lol)

Im about to go back to Mid controls and install Frisco bars. Im 6' 195lbs...so kinda similar build.

Ive been rolling with my forward controls for a while and I really dont like them.

Stay with mids and low bars. I rode for several years with cowhorns and with high bars your arms and chest catch the wind at speed, so you will find you are gripping the bars tight, against the blast, which in turn makes the bike's handling feel off.

Stick with the mids. I switched to mids and have 12" apes and can ride quite a bit more aggressively than I could with the apes and forward controls.
