Super Glide Fwd Controls
For those that have already done this, I'd appreciate some advice. I am thinking of adding the HD or Kuyakyn forward controls to my Glide. I already have the HD highway bars on the bike, Is it fair to say that the fwd controls will conflict with the highway bars and I'd lose the bars? I really like the the ability on longer rides to change foot position and posture, but find i only am using the stock mid mounts since that's where the brake and shifter are now. Anybody else already been down this path?

sbolt, the forwards will conflict with the highway bars, so you'll have to lose them.
If you want to keep the ability to change foot position, install the forward controls and leave just the mid pegs on.

Put some Kuryaken forwards on mine a month or two after I bought it. Mine had forward pegs on it already also which allowed me to change positions. I was shifting and braking with my heals too much and I felt it was unsafe, I like the forward controls better. I kept all the stock stuff in case I ever wanted something different.
