I too was able to ride today. I always take Valentines day off ... went to pick up the bike with the pick up and trailer ... once I arrived at the dealer the sun came out and dried everything up. I ran home took the bike off the trailer started her up, ran in and got my gear on and off I was ... round 11am until 3:45p .. just cruzin around .. by the way ... dat Wide solo Mustang is the ****. Got to get used to the new look of the 4.5 gallon tank though.
I've been sittin behind a plow all day. Sleet/ freezin rain all day. It looked likeit was over at 5, started snowing like a bastid at 630. I 'll sit it out a while.

Ifit makes you northerners feel better, it is cold here today too. There is snow down into the foothills of the Rockies. Rain where I am at. BUT, sunny and 62 on Saturday.[sm=biker.gif] That is the nice thing about southern NM. The bad weather doesn't last long!
Hey Salzy...Im down here in FL and it's been in the 60's and 70's. Im ctually an FL transplant and despite the benefits of being able to ride my Harley all year round, I'd trade places with you in a heartbeat. I love the cold snowy weather and always head back up North our out West each winter just to get a taste of it and do a little skiing. We'll take a ride on ourbikes for you but you gotta take a spin on one of those snowmobiles....Snowmobiling is a blast man.........Enjoy it while ya can!

hey WarriorHD, I'll ride the sleds when i can get to them. right now there sitting in about 7 feet of snow drifts on the trailer. just got back from shoveling off my folks roof. 70 feet of four foot high snow tends to whip your ****. after lunch it's time to shovel my roof off again.
