Bought the Daymaker yesterday to replace my 6000K HID Kit. Liked the HID except that it would throw light out all over the place. Nice for people to see you but not a great light beam on the road for actual night driving. Also the fact that the HID was on during the cranking of the engine, would sometimes cause the ballast to reset itself.

It's great to hear that you like the headlamp! However, I've heard just as many dislikes as I have likes regarding this upgrade, so I'm still on the fence about spending $399+ on it...rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...
The reports on the larger 7" version for the other bikes have pretty much all been good, but I'm not gonna' put a 7" headlight on me Sporty, that I know of ;-)
