Power Vision, Reset Learned Fuel Trim Values???

Power Vision, Reset Learned Fuel Trim Values???
Can anyone tell me what this message means?
It comes up every time right before I flash my ECU. I didn't think much of it when I was flashing my bike with one of the canned tunes. But now that I've been running the Auto Tune (data log) feature I'm concerned its resetting any improvements I've been making.
Any guidance would help, I can't seem to find any info on it.

Yeah, I've watched those videos before, and searched on their site for some additional documentation.
I was just hoping to understand why I select yes and why they chose cap over scale.
